Test and validation of communication systems is crucial before adopting them for mission critical applications. UTS with its rich domain expertise has developed innovative test equipments and simulators for end to end validation. These equipments can reduce the validation time considerably, when compared to legacy test equipments.

UTS offered Communication Simulators or ideal choice for test and validation of military communication equipment both in injection mode and radiation mode testing.

The products are categorized into scenario simulators which allow the user to the system model. the Electronic Warfare scenario consisting different types of communication entities including adversary jammer model.

The scenario simulators also model the wireless propagation losses multipath fading and other practical channel conditions to enable the test and validation of device under test (DUT) under practical conditions.  The following table has different products under this category.

The UTS-CSS posses capabilities to model the realistic EW scenario with multiple entities. Such as adversaries communication entities, channel and COMINT (DUT) system models. Each of these entities can be independently modeled and associated test signals can be generated. The CSS can be used for test and validation of search, monitoring, analysis, Direction Finding (DF), Time Difference Of Arrival (TDOA) LF communication EW systems
