The UTS’s RADAR Signal Simulator is state of the art injection mode test simulator, which can generate practical signal conditions for  injection mode test and validation of Radar Warning Receivers, ESM systems and RADARs.

The following are optional modules of UTS-RSS-R2, and must be ordered separately.
MAP server for GUI (UTS-RMAP-02)
Antenna/Servo controller card for Radiation mode extension of RSS (UTS-AC-03)
User friendly GUI with library of various types of RADARs
Drag and Drop type UI for simulating the positions and directions of entities
Capable of generating multiple different Radar emissions, each with different predefined parameters.
Can generate phase shifted outputs on 4 channels to simulate the Direction of Arrival of incoming signal.
Programmable parameters include frequency, pulse characteristics, PRI profile, scan pattern, Radiation pattern etc.
Soft trigger features to have precise control on generated RADAR signals.
Capable of synchronizing multiple RADAR signals to create pulse-on-pulse conditions.
Simulation capability of pulse Doppler signals.
Control through GUI and remote commands.
The system consists of control unit (running GUI) and embedded unit (RSS-UNIT) which are connected through Ethernet.
User can create, save and load the profiles with all settings retained for simulation.
