Mr. K. Srinivasa Raju
Chief Executive Officer
Srinivasa Raju, a distinguished alumnus of IISc Bangalore, began his career in year 2003 at the Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL under DRDO) as a Scientist. In 2014, his journey took a significant turn when he joined UTS, stepping into the leadership role as CEO.
With a rich background in Electronic Warfare (EW) and RADAR defence technologies spanning over a decade, Mr. Raju has been a key figure in driving UTS towards innovative horizons. His profound expertise and strategic foresight have been instrumental in the development of pioneering EW solutions, establishing UTS as a frontrunner in the sector. Mr. Raju’s commitment to innovation added with his extensive knowledge of Indian Armed Forces requirements and challenges, has played a vital role in elevating India’s position in the realm of Electronic Warfare, epitomizing the ideals of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Design in India’.
Dr. Nagendra Babu Samineni
Managing Director
Dr. Nagendra Babu Samineni (Ph.D), a distinguished alumnus of NIT Warangal, brings to UTS a legacy of excellence from his 16-year tenure as a scientist at the Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL), DRDO, in Hyderabad. His involvement in the development of state-of-the-art missile systems like AKASH LRSAM has not only showcased his technical acumen but also his strategic leadership. As Managing Director, Dr.Samineni’s role has been crucial in diversifying UTS’s portfolio, firmly establishing the company as a leader in the EW sector. With his deep technical knowledge in Air Defence requirements and Indian terrains wise operational challenges,he played significant role in building Electronic Warfare and RADAR systems to meet Counter UAS applications. His blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight has been instrumental in guiding UTS towards achieving the vision of transforming India into a global hub for electronic warfare solutions, all while promoting the ethos of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’.
Dr. Shravani Devraj
Vice President (HR & Finance)
Dr. D. Shravani, an esteemed alumnus of Osmania University, has an impressive academic background with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with several national and international publications. She further expanded her expertise by completing the Advanced Executive Education Programmes at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad.
Joining UTS, Dr. Shravani played a pivotal role in founding several key verticals within the company. In 2010, she embarked on a new journey as Managing Director at UTS. During her tenure as Managing Director for a decade, she propelled the company’s evolution from a startup to a recognized supplier in Defence Electronics, playing a pivotal role in its expansion and success. Currently serving as Vice President, she oversees HR and Finance, showcasing her diverse expertise and leadership acumen.
Nikhila Samineni
Vice President
The esteemed Vice President of Unistring Tech Solutions exemplifies visionary leadership and unparalleled expertise in steering the company towards groundbreaking success. With an academic foundation that marries a rigorous MBA from Kakatiya University with an insightful Post Graduate program in Women Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Business (ISB), She brings a blend of strategic acumen and innovative thinking to her role. Her journey at Unistring Tech Solutions has been marked by a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, driving technological advancements, and nurturing a team that is as diverse as it is talented. Under her leadership, the company has not only scaled new heights in delivering cutting-edge solutions but has also set new benchmarks in industry standards. Her forward-thinking approach and dedication to empowering her team have been instrumental in cementing Unistring Tech Solutions’ reputation as a leader in the tech industry.
Dr. Merugu Lakshminarayana
Head R&D
Dr. M. Lakshminarayana joined Defence Electronics Research Laboratory, DLRL, DRDO, Hyderabad, as Scientist ‘B’ in 1981 and retired as Scientist ‘H’, Associate Director DLRL in 2015. Over 34 years in DRDO, Dr. Lakshminarayana immensely contributed towards indigenous development of Identification of Friend or Foe (IFF) Systems and Electronic Warfare programmes. He served for prestigious Electronic Warfare projects as Project Director, Samyukta and Program Director Samudrika during his tenure in DRDO.
At UTS , he leads the antennas and systems divisions to guide system architects for translating end user application requirements to field deployable military grade subsystems. His multi decade expertise played crucial role in aligning young work force of UTS to build world class systems.
Ashok Atluri
Director
Ashok Atluri, a distinguished professional holding a PG Diploma in Applied Computer Science, plays a pivotal role in our organization. Instrumental in designing simulators on Windows-Intel platforms, he ensures that our products are user-friendly and adhere to industry standards. His expertise has been recognized with the “Small Scale Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the Hyderabad Management Association in 1998.
Shilpa Choudari
Nominee Director
Holding degrees in Technology and a Master’s in Finance and Foreign Trade, Ms. Choudari’s experience in Sales, Marketing, and Financial Processes adds immense value to UTS. Her tenure at Zen Technologies and Anvizen Consultants showcases her diverse expertise.
This dynamic team leads UTS with a blend of experience, innovation, and a shared vision for advancing national security through technological excellence.
Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh
Director
Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh, a recipient of the esteemed “The Rashtrapati Rovers Award” in 2000, brings a wealth of experience to our team. Currently associated with the Indian School of Business (ISB) in the Centre for Executive Education, Dr. Singh holds a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Social Marketing from ISB, Hyderabad. His contributions extend to designing Mid-Career Training Programmes for various government bodies, reflecting his multifaceted experience across Leadership, Program Planning, Implementation, Teaching, Monitoring and Evaluation, Business Development, and Consulting.
